First step: connect the B-to the battery negative terminal (the B-needs to be welded the stub first).and then connect the cables (before connecting the cablesremove the cables from the bms) Second step: start wiring from B-B-is connected to the battery total negative terminal(will say this name to number 1 ). The sideline B1 is connected to the positive of number 1 battery.the third line B2 is connected to the positive of number 2 batterv.the fourth line B3 is connected tothe positive of number 3 battery and so on. Third step: After the cables wired,test the voltage what between each two adjacent lines from the first one,the voltage of Li-ion battery should be less than 4Vthe voltage of LFP battery should be less than 3.5V.After checking.insert the line. Fourth step: And then connect the negative terminal of charger and of load to P-/C-B-and P-/C- should be wiring with bold cableThe wiring method requires the order must to be correct. |
