This product is suitable for battery packs with 5-16S of monomer voltage 2V-5V and can provide protection and recovery functions for the battery pack, such as over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, high temperature, low temperature, and short circuit. Achieve accurate measurement of SOC during charge and discharge, and statistics of SOH health status. Support passive balance function to help prolong battery life. Through the human-computer interaction of the upper computer software, it can display and set alarm protection parameters such as voltage, current, temperature, etc., display the real-time data of the battery's operating status, and read and save the historical data of the battery. It's with a variety of sleep and wake-up methods. Data communication with the host is realized through RS485 and realize human-computer interaction for parameter configuration and data monitoring through the host computer software. The battery pack equipped with this battery management system can be widely used in indoor and outdoor communication base stations as backup batteries and can also be used as a basic module for household energy storage to play its functions and roles in the field of energy storage applications.

First step: connect the B-to the battery negative terminal (the B-needs to be welded the stub first).and then connect the cables (before connecting the cablesremove the cables from the bms)

Second step: start wiring from B-B-is connected to the battery total negative terminal(will say this name to number 1 ). The sideline B1 is connected to the positive of number 1 battery.the third line B2 is connected to the positive of number 2 batterv.the fourth line B3 is connected tothe positive of number 3 battery and so on.

Third step: After the cables wired,test the voltage what between each two adjacent lines from the first one,the voltage of Li-ion battery should be less than 4Vthe voltage of LFP battery should be less than 3.5V.After checking.insert the line.

Fourth step: And then connect the negative terminal of charger and of load to P-/C-B-and P-/C- should be wiring with bold cableThe wiring method requires the order must to be correct.
