Q: How do I judge what material my battery is?
A: To determine the material of your battery, please take a look at the battery body. If the normal voltage of your battery shows as 3.2V, the battery will be LiFePo4. If the normal voltage of your battery shows as 3.6V or 3.7V, the battery will be Li-ion or Li-polymer. You can also ask the battery manufacturer for information about the material of the battery.
Q: Can I use this protection circuit board for my battery?
A: To use the protection circuit board, there are two questions to consider. Firstly, how many cells in series are there in your battery pack? The protection circuit board you need to buy must have the same number of cells in series as your battery pack. Secondly, what material is your battery made of? Only the LiFePo4 battery has different electric parameters from other batteries. If you need to buy a protection circuit board for a LiFePo4 battery, please let us know.
Q: Do we need cell balance or not?
A: The function of balance is crucial. Since a battery is made of many pieces of cells in parallel and in series, the cells cannot be the same, just like no two people in the world are the same. Without the balance function, the cells' performance will not be consistent, leading to inconsistent cell voltages after charging is completed.
Q: Do you have a Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ)?
